Hello Dear Ones!

There are many changes going on on your planet right now. I want you to know that no matter how crazy things seem right now, you are not alone and this is not going to last forever. There are many of us here in the Angelic Realm watching over all of you. All you have to do is ask and we are there to help you. We can not help you if you do not ask. We can not do it for you either. This is a learning planet and we are here to support you, guide you and prevent planetary destruction. You must take the needed actions. When you do, we are able to assist more. We can not interfere in your gift of free will.

In this message to you Dear Ones, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I want you to understand and remember is that you are SACRED SOVEREIGN LIFE as is ALL LIFE ON EARTH. You are a gift placed here on this planet to be shared. All the life around you is also a gift to you, to share with you, to help you on your journey. Treat ALL Life with respect. This is a learning planet and these are your teachers. Life here is not about money. It is not about holding power over anyone or anything. You are here simply to Honor your Spirit and gift of a life by navigating the challenges that come to you using all your special unique tools or gifts.

I understand that times are Super challenging right now for many. The People say they feel powerless and there is nothing they can do about anything. Many of the People want to give up and hide from these challenges through addictions. Many are in depression. I want you to know that you are NOT powerless! There is nothing further from the truth!

You see Dear Ones, although there are many things going on out there in the world. You are a Sacred Spirit inside.

As a Sacred Spirit, you came here, were gifted a Sacred Physical Body...Temple, to exist within, to move around in, to experience life with limitations in. Back home there are no limitations! You came here because there are SO many! You chose to come here at this time because your Sacred Spirit was so ready to take on these challenges at this point in time on Earth!

Do you see?

Your Spirit was so strong, so hopped up and excited to come here because you, right now, are standing at one of the most crucial times on Earth for Transformation! Your Spirits, so Bright, Pure and full of Love have exactly what it takes to create a Beautiful New World! You are Fearless! You are Brave! You are so Powerful yet so many of you have no idea what you are!

There are many distractions going on here. There are people telling you many different, conflicting things about what you can and can not do.

STOP LISTENING to the drone of the nay-sayers, the ones that tell you that you HAVE TO or CAN NOT. All that noise is coming in through your ears to your brain and causing waves of distortion.

You have the power to put an end to that drivel, to shut it off. YOU have the means to over-ride that misinformed programming and it does not come from anywhere outside of you Dear Ones!

It all comes from within!

Do this Reality Check. Step outside into the natural world. Find yourself a peaceful place where you will not be disturbed and do nothing, nothing at all. STOP. BREATHE. LISTEN.

Nature is there to help you. Nature is there to remind you of where you truly come from. You were not born from a vial and constructed from a chemistry set with items bought from a store!

Look around you! Everything in nature is made of the same things you are! All of it is borrowed and comes together in communities of microbes, bacteria, minerals and matter! It all comes together so your body can take form! How beautiful and wonderful is that?! What a Sacred life you are! What Sacred life we are surrounded by! We can see it all when we are not hiding inside a sensory depriving box!

Leave all that noise that was coming in your ears from radios, television, computers and all the other electronic distractions!... Leave them in the box when you come outside. Listen instead to the natural sounds. Listen instead to the sounds coming from All Your Relations in Nature. These natural sounds are healing vibrations for your mind, body, spirit and emotions. These are the natural vibrations of the Earth and you! The other stuff is made up by people. The other things are creations of the people. Those things are not who you are.

Place your hand on your chest and breathe in deeply. Be aware of your breath, your heartbeat and the natural rhythms. If you are near water you can hear the rhythms of the natural world. It is not unlike you. It is the same as you. It has the same needs as you for life.

If you are looking for truth and what is real... reality is where you stand out in Nature. Breathe in that naturalness... breathe it into your heart and when it feels the truth tears will come to your eyes because you feel so much love, ever-expanding love.

THAT IS YOU

That is you standing inside your Sacred Spirit. You are POWERFUL. Just standing in that truth is powerful.

Take that truth with you wherever you go. It resides inside your heart always. Remember that love, it is with you always. Remember that no matter what happens in the made up world of boxes and flying canisters, you are Nature. That is the truth.

Allow that love inside you to guide your steps in life. Do things from that place of deep respect, honoring and love for life. Do what in your heart you know is right no matter what anyone else thinks... maybe they are still caught in the illusion. You know now what is real.
